With us, it’s simple.


STEP 01. REACH OUT
It starts with a few clicks. Simply click the button below, fill out the enquiry form, and let us take it from there. You will have to show proof of a genuine need for STA.

STEP 02. RECEIVE QUOTE
We understand that everyone is different. It’s what makes us human – and so, we’ll build a quote around your unique needs.


STEP 03. FUNDING
We understand that you probably have enough to deal with. That’s why we’ll liaise directly with your NDIS plan manager. Remember: NDIS participants are entitled to 28 days of respite per year, which you take in two separate periods of time.


STEP 04. AGREEMENT SENT
Once we’ve discussed the finer details, your requirements and preferences, we’ll confirm them all in a Service Agreement.


STEP 05. GET BOOKED IN
Once you’ve signed the Service Agreement, we’ll book everything in, so you can plan your free time with the confidence that your booking is confirmed.


STEP 06. ALL SET
Now, you’re all set for a well-deserved break.
